They called same day I put the request in. They were prompt, professional and true to their phone estimate. I will definitely use them again and refer others.

Had to reschedule to the following day due to going over on job before mine. Did not fully understand what we agreed upon and so came unprepared to do the job as detailed on written job bid. Performed the job well when returned (the porch) but said could not remove the two bricks that were loose and re-mortar (as in the job bid) but instead simply caulked the bricks with gray caulk. Came to caulk and clean at about 5:10pm when sundown at 5:30pm. Left without saying he was done, to let me see his work. When I looked outside, ... read more

Mr. Peterson came out in February and provided a detailed, professional bid and diagram, along with photo's of the plants and shrubs suggested. After all the items were available, his expert, clean, neat and dependable crew showed up and the project exceeded my high expectations!

Mr. Peterson called me the day I replied to one of your surveys. We set up an appointment for him to see the problems. He came, though was a bit late since he had an emergency, but was very nice, knowledgeable. He was also consciencous of trying to keep the cost low for the project I was wanting. Several days later he called with a quote. I have not yet hired his services. I will probably get a few more quotes and make my decision. Thanks.
