I lived here from dec 2016 to Dec 2017. First off, there were roaches the first night. I called over and over (because Ms Ballard never answers the phone) and finally got someone to treat the roaches. But guess what, all they did was spray raid! And that was the one and only time anyone ever came To the place about the roaches! There was mold everywhere. My toilet backed up so many times.
