Bad product, arrogant service We ordered metal framed, double pane windows and a door for our office remodel. When cold weather hit, the frames get covered with ice because they didn't insulate them internally. The door, including the window glass, ices up so bad that we have to keep a fan running on it so that it doesn't freeze shut. Their response was, tough luck. We aren't doing anything to fix the problems. It wasn't a high enough dollar amount to be worth the ten grand it would cost to get an attorney involved.
