Friendly, professional. Brooke came on time and did a bigger job than we originally thought. My only concern is he charged too little for the hours he spent clearing our upstairs trap of hair, downstairs drain of roots, and rebuilding our toilet with new parts (which he forgot to charge for). And he didn’t mind me watching/asking questions so I can do more DIY maintenance in the future. Good man, good job, good price!
I called Brooke on Thursday because my shower drain was slow to empty. He came out the next day and fixed it within 15 minutes of arriving. He knew exactly how to fix it and charged me a very reasonable fee. He gave me lots of insight about my septic system and answered all my questions. I will definitely call him again if I have a drain issue. Prompt, timely, courteous, easy to communicate with, very reasonably priced. Great 5/5 service!
Called Brooke on a Saturday regarding flooding in our basement. Arrived at the house within an hour and was able to identify the problem within minutes that it was a clogged main sewer line and corrected the problem within a hour. Very very friendly, professional and just an outstanding gentleman. Very affordable pricing!! Would highly recommend him!
