I don't always get the same doc or my provider, but they've always helped me out with anything I need and read my backgrohnd notes. Appointment are far out so try to plan ahead as much as possible. They will accommodate for emergencies or sent you to Carson ER which can suck. They have a pharmacy there and any new prescriptions get filled super fast.
Tried to fill medications at the pharmacy and they told me I had to go to the one by the commissary despite the exact same lady telling me 3 weeks ago that I could fill them here. She was also incredibly rude about it and couldn't be bothered to try and help find the scripts that both of my doctors confirmed sending over. It would be great if they would give consistent information. Didn't even get to fill my kids prescription because she was so rude and dismissive.
McMurray needs to be retired. She can’t write referrals correctly. She doesn’t know what offices she can and can’t send patients to, thus wasting their time and expanding on their pain longer than needed. She doesn’t annotate appointments correctly or in my case AT ALL FOR THREE MONTHS. She’s messed up the same referral 3 separate times over 3 months. She should have stayed on maternity leave.
