Not 100% satisfied with the floral arrangement – The person that took my order was very nice and accomodating. I was happy with thier service. The problem was that when I had a family member email me a photo of the carnation wreath, it was not 100% what was promised to me. The wreath was supposed to be all flowers and have no green fillers. The 18 inch wreath had a good amount of green leaf filling in big gaps. I could count the number of carnations from the picture. Very pleased!! – My husband was called away on business during his birthday, so I ordered a rather "specific" goodie basket with balloons (did not want to send flowers) to be sent to his hotel. The customer service I received on the phone was excellent, especially as I was very specific with his likes and dislikes. The final product looked fantastic! Not to mention, reasonably priced.
