Greg Petersen is an amazing landlord! Maintenance requests are fixed very quickly. The apartments are very clean and well kept. He told me "I wouldn't let anyone live in something I wouldn't live in" and boy is he right! Very very happy to have rented with him.
Great landlord and awesome housing. I have lived in a 7th street house with a different landlord and lived in squaller. You will here this from Greg, but he places a high standard on his housing and how he treats not only his tenants, but everyone.
