My true love took his watch in today thinking perhaps it needed a new battery. He had recently gotten it wet and was concerned he had ruined it. The jeweler checked it out and said it needed to have the contacts cleaned, which he accomplished. The watch started running immediately and is keeping great time, at no charge to boot! True love will continue to be a good customer - he buys me "bling" there too! Thank you Petersen Jewelers! Well done! Ride on....

We took a ring to be resized. Not only did they do a crappy job resizing the ring, they also made the band so thin and the band wasn't even round anymore as well as making the white gold look yellow. Took it back to have the band restored to its original round state and they had the nerve to say this band is getting pretty thin. Really, you made it that way. They were also suppose to replate the white gold but it still looks yellow. We will never give them our business again, nor will we recommend them to anyone.
For 30 years I have trusted Roger Petersen for all my jewelry repairs & appraisals. I love that he does the repairs himself. The stock he carries is well priced & excellent quality. I recently had them restring a strand of pearls. They did a wonderful job!
