Property management - poor service at inflated prices, staff turnover means you will deal with the same mistakes repeatedly. Property repairs - most of their contract workers are not skilled carpenters. While they photograph all steps of their work management does not allow them to share the photographs with the homeowner. We have been using Peters Property Management for a few years and have been so happy we switched to them! They are consistent and thorough with their inspections, communication and requests. They were able to organize and complete work on the house, including pictures of the work and maintaining high standards! Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone!
We had a complicated installation and Peter’s Property swooped in and saved the day. The workers were neat, nice, conscientious and skilled. Highly recommend!

Absolute worst property management company I’ve ever encountered. Don’t let the fake 5 star reviews fool you. Sad that I even have to give them one star. Repeated, persistent and systematic overcharging. They enter units without permission and then charge abhorrent fees without any explanation whatsoever. They make up things that may be wrong with your unit and then charge fees for that as well.
