RUDE! TERRIBLE! CONDESCENDING! UNPROFESSIONAL! EXPENSIVE! It’s a shame you can’t give a company zero stars. Peters is a pathetic excuse for a company. They will charge you an arm and a leg while not providing any real services. They schedule service dates and then do not show up. Property management - poor service at inflated prices, staff turnover means you will deal with the same mistakes repeatedly. Property repairs - most of their contract workers are not skilled carpenters. While they photograph all steps of their work management does not allow them to share the photographs with the homeowner. It is unlikely these workers, most of whom cannot understand English could be hired by professional construction firms. Charges: Peters will not produce itemized invoices for work performed. We have been using Peters Property Management for a few years and have been so happy we switched to them! They are consistent and thorough with their inspections, communication and requests. They were able to organize and complete work on the house, including pictures of the work and maintaining high standards! Would absolutely recommend their services to anyone!
We had a complicated installation and Peter’s Property swooped in and saved the day. The workers were neat, nice, conscientious and skilled. Highly recommend!
We have been doing a lot of work at our property - new roof - replacing windows - etc. - they have managed all of the projects for us, and completed all of the work in a very professional manner.
