Cherry lane is ran by a slum lord. It snows and they don't even try to remove the snow till 2 days later and do a half ass job at that. The snow removal idiots throw the snow ON the cars and then premier says if you can't unbury your car from being buried under the shit job they did and half assed snow removal then it's being towed.
