Best Salon/Spa in Concord! I love, love LOVE Peter's Images! Every time I go there, from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave everyone that works there is so nice and wonderful to me and my whole family. They take such good care of us. My haircut is always fabulous, and my highlights are always perfect (and I'm picky about my blonde). Simply the best I love this place. Everyone is so nice and accomodating, and the service is the best. I have been to a lot of Concord area salons, and Peter's is by and far the best of all. My color is perfect every time I go there, and their facials are both awesome and affordable. You must try them!

Peter's poor attitude This is very unusual for me to actually write a review however this particular episode was so upsetting, people need to know. My son bought a spa package for me and it took me almost a year to use it but I made the appointment and the receptionist had record of the gift certificate, never mentioning I needed to bring it with me. Phenomenal!!! I had previously gone to two other salons with disastrous results. Peter's Images Unlimited was suggested to me, because it was just down the street from my office, so I thought I'd give them a shot. Wow!! They paired me with a stylist named Tricia and she was phenomenal! She actually listened to me!! women treated like idiots !!!!! some of the girls there do ok hair. I personaly don't enjoy being in a atmospher were people are verbaly abused by their boss.Everytime I go there the owner is yelling at one of the poor girls at the desk,never to mention that everytime I go there is new girls.Last time I was there the owner who I assume is Peter was screaming at a young lady so bad in the back room she started to cry.Why a talented young lady would put up with this is shamfull in this day in age? Hit or miss. Depends on the stylist you get. Kori is great- give her a vague idea of what you want and she'll give you a very flattering hair cut that works with your lifestyle. Others are less impressive. Two of the men didn't listen when I said I had a stubborn streak of hair that doesn't take color well. Nor did either listen when I said I didn't want any red in my hair. I'd go back, but not to either of the men. Good hours and walk-ins sometimes available.
Don't go there One thing I can say - PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE." BAD Experience for 2 times. I am pretty good in judging things and I can tell with my experience.
I highly recommend Peter's Images I have been going to Peter's for my haircuts for almost 10 years. Everyone there is wonderful and their work is great! My wife, Joyce, introduced me to them. Peter does her hair, and it's always beautiful. Peter is not only talented, but also very warm and gracious. I will leave it to my wife to write her own glowing review. I will simply say that it's a pleasure for me to go there for my haircuts--and it's always a great pleasure to see how beautifully Peter has done my wife's hair.
