Called in unannounced to get an idea of costs to correct first- start blue exhaust smoke from our 2001 RAV4. A mechanic had suggested worn valve stem seals, but with only 60k kM on the clock (first time around), I sought an opinion from "Peter's Head Shed". Their advice was open and knowledgeable, and put my mind at ease when the opinion was gummed-up rings due to the vehicle sitting idle for over 3 years prior to our purchase. "Drive it regularly and the smoke will clear-up" was the comforting news. Many thanks!!
