Prior to my last haircut, this would be a 5 star review. I booked an appointment with a particular hairstylist at the end of last week. He was busy with someone else when I arrived at my appointed time & I ended up getting another hairstylist, someone I haven't seen before. She offered to cut my hair & I was hesitant at 1st but also was on a schedule so I accepted. She was very rough...
