Peter's-Eldorado is a must go to for custom shutters and blinds. My wife and I got a ridiculous quote from 3 Day Blinds for custom shutters and after having Peter's come to our home to take measurements, their quote was more than 75% cheaper. The shutters look great and we will absolutely be using them again!
