I just purchased a 2025 Tiguan high line r line and I am very happy with my new car. My wife was dealing with Steve prior to purchasing as we are 1.5 hours away as this dealership was the one of the only dealerships that had this car in stock in all of Ontario. Steve held the car for us as it was not possible to come during the week due to work. Unfortunately, after multiple frustrating experiences, I can no longer support this dealership. My vehicle went in several times for the same issue, yet it was never properly fixed—each visit seemed to result in another excuse or a new problem. The service department is especially disappointing. Taylor is consistently dismissive and seems genuinely annoyed when customers ask questions about repairs. Very sad to say this is likely my 3rd and last VW after today's experience. Went in to get my rattling rear widow fixed (the 2nd time this had to be done, last year was the other side - a screw was loose and the same thing happened again), and they also had to do the psgr seat recall. Took much longer than promised, so luckily I had already changed our plans for the day and my wife and dog weren't with me.
