Original sale was good, we got a 2021 Atlas at fair market value and were happy with our choice. What wasn't good was/is the deceptive practices of selling the extended warranty. You hear these stories of the post sales office; well, this place is no different. Ensure you question everything. Such as if there is a deductible on Extended warranty as there very certainly is. After some less than positive experiences with dealers in the city, my partner and I had a great purchasing experience with Dean and his team. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful.
