I have called 151 times yesterday and currently on my 85th attempt to get ahold of them so i may get my paperwork back so i am not kicked off short term disability. I find this incredibly difficult and frustrating
To be a clinic of "unattached patients" you are not accepting "unattached patients". Wth? Are we all supposed to go to the emergency room so that can be eventually shut down too?
No one at the phones?
No one answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. Nor can you email them.
Have been calling for over an hour. There is no option to leave voicemail. If they don't pick up the phone how would we book the appointment? This is a joke in the name of public health.
