I needed a transmission part for a 32 year old vehicle that is no longer available. I went to Peterborough Transmission. They had a box full of old parts that they dug through until they found my part. Because the parts very rare I expected it to be expensive. They didn’t charge me anything and refused to take any money for it. What a great experience. Thank you
I drove an hour to Peterborough to take my wife’s Escape in after my dealer informed me I needed a new transmission. They had it in for an initial inspection the same day. They had found that the torque converter was slipping and suggested a full inspection was the transmission. They were able to dismantle, fully diagnose, and quote the needed repairs the next day.
