Recently, I needed to have a rear wheel bearing replaced on our Subaru Outback. Jamie was able to promptly schedule the work, as this was the week before Christmas. Peterborough Transmission has been servicing both mine and my wife's vehicles for approx 10 years. We have found that their pricing is fair and all work done is of excellent quality. Absolutely horrible customer service! I made an appointment a week in advance to diagnose a transmission problem I’ve been having after taking a day off work and driving over a hour arriving 10 minutes early the guy at the desk tell me he’s got 5 people in front of me so he can’t do it. Absolute dick head. Go see cam at mister transmission he got me in same day no appointment and diagnosed my issue.
