I needed help to find a strut that would work for my truck. Janet was the best. She took her time and helped me out. She actually gave me the part for FREE. Who does that in these days? Incredible service and kindness. What more can I say. Thanks Janet. Ps I have your screwdriver. I promise to return it.
My trailer was there after a hail storm did extensive damage. The quote was for $17000 in repairs in which the insurance company approved. There were various parts that needed to be ordered but most importantly the roof skin needed to be replaced. All the parts were in stock to replace the roof skin ( the service manager was proud to say they were one of only a few to stock roof skins ), but instead of replacing it sat in their lot from Oct until the roof was repaired in July of the following year. The staff and the service is incredible. Especially that guy Kevin in the back....he is pretty cute too. I don't think there is anything they can't fix. Highly recommend.
