I had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend them. We initially called just to get a quote. They mentioned a $180 hourly charge, but before we even gave our consent for them to come out, a technician showed up at our property 20 minutes later and started checking the equipment. Had a great customer experience with everyone we interacted with! From the initial phone call with Bob to talk about what was needed and possible timelines, to the office staff where I signed paperwork, to the team who came to do the install of the hot water tank (Kevin, Josh & Chris) - everyone was professional and super friendly. They were able to get the install completed sooner than anticipated too, ensuring we had hot water going into the weekend! Very happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend!
PRH&AC replaced my hot water tank,after they left I found out the door to the room the tank is in wouldn't close it hit the gas line. they came back and fixed the issue quickly and without question. highly recomend them.
Very disappointed with the way their billing is done. Never once was told billing price starts as soon as the technician is on the way not when they get here. Also the one call a part was to be replaced. The part didn't fit and we were still billed for the time. Almost 500 dollars for labor for so called 3hrs work is nuts. Thank God the part was under warranty. Not sure what that would have cost.
Last summer we had a new propane furnace and air conditioning installed by Peterborough Refrigeration Heating and Air Conditioning. Prior to placing our order I did a huge amount of research to ensure that we were getting exactly what we needed. I had a ton of questions. Bob was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me.
