This is the WORST healthcare experience I have ever had, costly tests for a 94 year old patient already under the care of an ophthalmologist (on a very limited income), you can’t refuse their ‘standard of care’ , doctor trying to push his own branded vitamins over the advice of an ophthalmologist, charging to have tests transferred to a new optometrist despite having paid for them, staff in matching minion outfits. I also love being escorted through all the other places they’ve set up to spend more money.
SIMPLY THE BEST ! You won’t find a better optometrist than Dr. Trudy Gibson and her wonderful team of eye care clinicians. The environment is friendly and welcoming, the entire medical team are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, as a patient, you feel a warm and caring approach. I can’t say enough about this amazing team.
Very friendly and accommodating staff, decent parking, good selection of frames.
Michelle gave exceptional testing she was so pleasant and made sure I knew everything I needed to know and Dr Hoja is hands down the best optometrist in Peterborough !!
