My husband lost a screw in his glasses and they saw us the next day and fixed them up with no cost and gave them a vary good cleaning! The staff there is vary freindly and has a great vibe overal, and the interior is also vary nice Long story short it is a great place with great people! Highly recommend
As an American from the states, it was pretty alarming when my glasses broke unexpectedly. I booked an appointment as soon as I could after my glasses broke from a rather violent experience with the wooden roller coasters in Canada's Wonderland, and they set up an appointment, and fixed them better than they were made the next day FOR FREE. These people are lifesavers. Thank you for your help! Would have had to drive home with a bread tie holding them together, now I have no worries.
This is the WORST healthcare experience I have ever had, costly tests for a 94 year old patient already under the care of an ophthalmologist (on a very limited income), you can’t refuse their ‘standard of care’ , doctor trying to push his own branded vitamins over the advice of an ophthalmologist, charging to have tests transferred to a new optometrist despite having paid for them, staff in matching minion outfits. I also love being escorted through all the other places they’ve set up to spend more money.
