I have had multiple issues with my Grand Bahama Artesian Spa hot tub. While the first issue of a hole in the bottom of the tub was fixed (after pushing for a few weeks). The hole was caused as there was no fiberglass in the one corner of the bottom of the tub so the plastic shell had no support from underneath and had major flex if pushed with a finger tip.
