Dylan and Michelle provided exceptional service at Kia Peterborough during my upgrade to the new Sportage. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the time they took to explain every detail clearly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and customer focused experience.
This was a seamless and easy process, no pressure and amazing staff. So thankful for Michelle, she is wonderful and so happy with the whole experience.
Nothing beats the feeling of a warm, genuine welcome the minute you walk into a business. That is exactly what we experienced with the exceptional team at Peterborough Kia. From Margaret to Lisa and the manager, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we drove away in the perfect vehicle. Having visited other dealerships, the outstanding hospitality and personalized service here truly set them apart. We will enthusiastically recommend Peterborough Kia to anyone and everyone!
