Every time we make an appointment it takes about an hour and half for a simple oil change, dont know why they offer appointments when it takes this long. They always just say "we're short staffed". Also when they returned the car there was oil stains inside our brand new car. (May 2025 sportage).
We have just had a very positive experience Peterborough Kia. We purchased a used 2018 Soul knowing there would be delays as the motor had to be replaced. We started out with Michelle in sales who then introduced us to Tim who explained our buying options. Both were very good. We were then introduced to Ryan, the service Mgr. who explained the time frame of when to expect the car. I picked up my vehicle from Kia on Friday and I wanted to take a moment to chat about the incredible experience I had! This is my second vehicle I’ve purchased from Kia and I plan to buy more! Margaret was helpful, professional and super easy to work with. Nothing was hidden from me, I didn’t feel pressured, and they let me take my time with my decision. amazing team, definitely go the distance to make sure i was happy with the new car
Ryan manager of the service dept needs a attitude adjustment! I was overcharged and he blamed the customer. After speaking to the owner it got resolved the right way. I hope Paul the owner takes my compliment seriously about Ryan's inexcusable behavior. No customer should be treated the way we were. Especially loyal, returning customers! I put this review here in case anyone else has issues with Ryan.
