Lost power in half our apartment at about 8pm on a Thursday evening. Ty got back to us so quickly and visited the next morning to take a look at the issue. Definitely thought the issue was simpler than it was and was not able to fix it right away but was super professional, replied to quickly to our service call and gave us the best recommendations to us to solve our issue.
