The staff and Dana were very nice and helpful.
Accessing Healthcare without a family doctor has been challenging, but the PFHT have been an incredible resource to use and is a timely responder to the provincial health crisis. All of the staff were incredibly kind, efficient and most importantly thorough. Their care was greatly appreciated!
While health care in the province is suffering, I want to say how efficient, pleasant, and effective this clinic is. From the front desk to the nurses and the doctors, i have always received good care...peace of mind for those without a family doctor.
Went for help with his skin condition and diabetic foot issue. Dr. Tehmina Chattha was unprofessional and rude. Sent prescription to the wrong pharmacy, told her Walmart and she sent it somewhere else because neither Wal-Mart received the prescription. Clearly she was not listening and was very aloof. Poor poor experience. Left in the room didn't come back, didn't say that appointment was finished the visit was complete.
