This dental clinic was the only one accessible in Ptbo this summer for my kids as new clients. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They did all their best to book appointments ASAP. And what is notable for me: hygienist explained my children why cleaning teeth and using dental floss is so important (they never listened to me when I tried to do that), and she taught kids how to do that correctly. We appreciate your attitude!
They pulled a tooth and did an implabr i dound out later it wasn't necessary at all
Terrible customer service. My last 3 visits where canceled at the last minute. The last one was 20 minutes before my appointment. When I complained I was met with hostility, I asked to speak to an owner or someone that was actually going to take my concerns seriously they said they told me they would call back and never did. That was back in November, I also emailed them and they just straight up ignored me. I've always been polite and on time for my appointments. Peterborough Family Dentistry is the best!! Particularly Mary - the dental hygienist - she is very much into making you feel like going to the dentist is not such a bad thing:) - she's totally awesome.
