went for a recall for my airbag and since it was already in there told them to check out my exterior door handle and truck (randomly popping) charged me $150 for the inspection... told me the handle needs to be replaced and the trunk switch needs to also be replaced, wanted another $650 (mostly labour they tell you) plus parts.. I said no, went to another shop turns out they didn't need to replace the handle it was just a loss screw, so the dealership really didn't look at it. clearly. dont waste your time at dealerships and... read more

I bought a used 2022 ram in Toronto a week ago. My first Dodge truck. It instantly had a dash light issue which left me dead. This occurred a day after buying it. The Toronto dealer and sale rep could have cared less. I was booked in for service today and they were amazing. The service dept fixed the issue right away and didn’t charge me and they could have. This is the only place my truck is going to get serviced!
