So disappointing with these guys, takes them forever to even look at your truck. Wrong parts ordered & they only get them the next day. General Manager cannot even look at you when speaking to you, instead speaks to his staff to relay message to you when you’re standing right there. Trailer sunk in deep in their yard & no one is willing to help cause they’re understaffed on weekends. Service is not even opened on weekends???? Must be short handed, takes too long to. The employees seem bothered when asked questions. Will be looking elsewhere to have my Peterbilt worked on. I was told this by others, had to see for myself.
The shop should be closed. They don't know what they are doing.
They refuse to repair Mr. Julian Hoffpauir's truck, then put outside causing it to rust. Do not go there for repairs.
I sent a certified letter to Mark Arceneaux over a month ago. I have yet to get a reply. I call to speak to the owner Jack Brabham . All I get the run around.
