Brought my 6 month old in after falling off of the bed. Every person we came in contact with was absolutely wonderful! We were treated with care, the doctors were thorough and explained everything well. Great experience and we were in and out within an hour and a half.
It’s a shame when you gotta go there and call your insurance company because The billing office is overcharging. My co-pay should be zero dollars and they’re charging me $50. This hospital need to be audited.
I was struggling on crutches trying to get into the Radiology lobby and not one person in the full room stood to assist. I felt heartbroken for the state of humanity However, a nurse told me to ask the tech for a wheelchair to my car. I did and two young men wheeled me to my car with the kindest and most wonderful attitude. It was raining , and the man wheeling me asked if he could cover me with his lab coat. I can't imagine I'll ever stop getting choked up remembering that.
Dont come here unless you have to. Some of the ER staff standing around laughing instead of helping patients. Got admitted to 4th floor most of the staff were nice cept 1 on the night shift that was a total witch towards me. Obviously she parks here broom there overnight. The quality of care is lacking compared to other hospitals I have been in. Dietary is a joke they just bring you some slop and you are expected to eat it. Cant even order anything. Get with the times people.
