I noticed my refrigerator had stopped cooling its contents on a recent Sunday morning, fearing all would be lost since it was a weekend. Been Trying to get ahold of this company for 2 days now to come and replace stove and refrigerator and when you call the number to their office it states "mailbox is full and cannot leave message please try again later" how am I supposed to know if they received my calls due to the fact that their voicemail is not working. I am working with my rental company and they stated a ticket was sent to them, and 2 days later nobody has reached out to me. I wish i could give zero stars. Bill is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He has been in business for many years and handles the service calls himself. His rates are very reasonable. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company.
Was referred over 3.5 weeks (5/27/22) ago by Dr. Fowler and was told to wait for a call for an appointment from Dr. Jaber's office. I have called them and was told I have to wait for Dr. Jaber to review my referral. Still no word as I sit here uncomfortably with a dermatological issue.
