My son had ear tubes put in when he was little (by a different surgeon) and there were complications. We needed a knowledgeable, caring and very reliable surgeon to correct what happened, and that’s when Dr.Volsky came into the picture. He was patient, understanding and explained everything very well prior to. I was a complete nervous wreck the night before the third ear surgery and Dr.Volsky was excellent! I loved him! Gave me info no one else did in last 8 years since My issues started with hearing. And gave me solutions for now and future which no one else had! Very kind as is his staff. I too had a big problem with his scheduling staff but its not really fair to give him a bad review . Just needs better schedulers
Dr. Volsky is a very kind and wonderful physician. Just really wish his Assistant or someone from his office would return calls which is why this sits at two stars
