Besides the fact it took over an hour to see him. As far as care he is very thoughtful and professional.
After arriving at 10:30 for a 10:45 appointment I did not see Dr Lopez until 12:30. He said he spent about an hour with no patients. Someone messed up big time and I reluctant to return. I missed volunteering at something that is dear to my heart.

I went to Wimauma Office. The place was jammed. There are a few staff members who should not be in jobs where they deal with the public. My low rating is because my appointment was at 10:20am and when I left in my car it was 12:30pm. No one approached any of us who were experiencing long waits and apologized, explained, or even gave us a word of empathy or a smile.
