By the time I was done with my last visit with Dr. Truong, I was in such pain and felt so humiliated that I was in tears! He never resolved the over-fill to my tear troughs and some of the Botox he administered didn't take effect. It's been over 1mo and I still look horrible. Nobody was supposed to know of my cosmetic procedures and now, everyone knows due to the lumps and bruising that I still have on my lower lids. I will NEVER return to Dr. Truong; he has become very sloppy and insensitive.
DR. Troung preformed a SMAS facelift and neck lift for me a month ago. This type is deeper and longer lasting than just lifting skin. I am very,happy with the results. I do recommend him for this type of surgery.
Dr. Truong was very friendly on my first visit. Thereafter, he has yet to say hello much less thank you. He rarely will make an attempt to smile. This has made the last couple of visits very uncomfortable for myself. I have had facial fillers and Botox done for the past two years. I hesitate to look for another physician since Dr.Troung has done successful work. So if your looking for good work, its a YES. Just not a friendly physician.
Dr. Truong is amazing!! I am 25, but was bit by a dog in the face when I was five, so my lips have always been uneven and a huge source of insecurity for me. I received a Juvederm treatment for lip augmentation from Dr. Truong and couldn't be happier! I really feel the most secure about myself I've ever been. I initially met Dr. Truong several years earlier wherein he created a dimple chin. I continue to get compliments from people about my chin. Although it is not genetics, I like how natural, as well as centered my dimpled chin is. As a surgeon, Dr. Truong is incredible. He is very thorough, centered, and focused during the surgical process. He has an incredible team that accompanies him during the surgical process. I've been to Faces several times now, hoping it would improve at some point. It didn't. Each time I went in, the assistants asked for payment in advance of the procedure. This irritated me because I have never experienced this before and the implication is that I am somehow going to forfeit payment if I don't pay in advance. Absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Truong and his helpful, sweet staff. I'm a mom with two busy children and usually end up in jeans or yoga pants and running shoes throughout my busy day. That being said, I was really nervous about going into such a nice facility and area to have my face examined, lol. I sustained a burn scar to my face during a surgical procedure two years ago. I was so afraid to have it revised and end up with a larger scar. Dr. Truong and his staff made me feel comfortable and calm through the whole process (even allowing me time to settle down when my nerves got the better if me). The results I got even immediately after surgery are amazing! Their whole office is amazing and I'm so grateful for everything!
