FANTASTIC Structural Engineering Firm!!! This firm have been around for a while, loads of knowledge. I retrofitted my building and I needed someone to deal with the city as well, and they did that too!!
Peter did a really great job on my ADU, he explained everything to me (I had the Architectural and Structural Engineering done with this company). I chose Peter for his years of experience and his expertise. I am now in the construction phase, and they even helped me find a great contractor. I am very pleased. 👍
Because they will keep charging you even after you paid them off. The give you the fees after not before. Stay away from them
