A great doctor.
I changed insurance companies so I had to look for a new PCP and I chose Dr Peter Simek cause of location Clean office woman at the front desk very polite and helpful didn’t wait long at all. However Dr Simeks nurse came in with her scrubs and crocks nothing unusual until she hopped up on the examining table crossed her legs and started asking me about my medical history. Don’t trust this doctor, he lies to your face. In the hospital, he told my wife he would prescribe her cough medicine for her cough, then had his nurse tell us that they don’t prescribe it because it’s out of stock in pharmacies and impossible to find. I called immediately called 3 pharmacies who told me they had it in stock. When confronted with the information, they changed their story to he just doesn’t want to prescribe it and should have her primary care doctor prescribe it the next day.
Gave a lot of pills just to find out 20 some years after my accident I have Arthritis.I found another Doctor who witch I had given the same complaints about aches and pains especially when humidity was in the air so she took some X-rays and week or so later she realized I had Arthritis. She got me knee brace and a foot brace to help me out my balance and some of the pain. Now I don't have to buy sneakers every month from wearing hole out by my big toe every month.
In the midst of suffering through Type A flu, it was recommended that I go to the Delray Medical Center walk-in ER on Lantana Road to check my lungs. I was given proper care. The ER visit accomplished what I needed.
