I have dined here a few times and every time it just gets better. The meals are prepared to perfection, the atmosphere is heavenly and the staff is beyond pleasant and go out of their way to make your dining experience 5 star!
Amazing meal. Started with the butter poached shrimp and I had the bacon wrapped monkfish. Ended with the chocolate lava cake and a cappachino. Amazing. The entire meal was fantastic. The plating was beautiful, and the flavors were spot on.

PSI never disappoints us! Fabulous dinner with excellent service (and updates on the Eagles playoff score). Our room was lovely with a gas fireplace. It was newly redecorated and beautiful. The bedding was five star! Everyone couldn’t have been more accommodating! Can’t wait to return—- in any season!
I have to say one of my favorite restaurant is Ebit Room but now I'm conflicted. Me and my husband's dinner at PSI was orgasmic!! The duo Tartar with salmon and tuna was delicious. I had the PSI as surf and turf which was Day boat scallops and porkbelly. The scallops were big and plump the porkbelly melted in my mouth.. my husband had the short ribs abd tgry were tender fork and delicious!! Will definitely be back!!
My husband and I loved our visit to Peter Shields Restaurant. The food was delicious , I'm still savoring the taste of the butternut squash bisque and grilled pork chop, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, lovely atmosphere, would definitely come back.
