We come to cape May every summer and always make it a point to get to PSi for dinner. This year’s meal was perhaps the best we’ve had. Tuna tartare first course, orrechiette second course; and we had the halibut and wagyu steak entrees. Everything was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the service was attentive, Petar our server was friendly and didn’t miss any details. Can’t wait for next summer’s meal!
Tasting menu was beyond perfect, every course was just delicious!
