I recently moved to Escondido, Ca. to my fortune, I found Dr. Whiteley who has that magical touch, his adjustment are precise, very effective pain management. Dr. is caring, cordial, honest and professional, as his office staff. He respects and values my time for I never have to wait long for treatments. Dr. Whiteley has definitely increase the quality of my life and my family.

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Were this chiropractor's adjustments gentle? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

The staff are friendly - the office is a little dated, though. The chiropractor seemed knowedgable and conducted a rudimentary 'discovery' investigation for the pain. The adjustment was fairly rough - specifically on my neck - and unfortunately I had pain and restricted movement even after multiple visits. I've since been to other chiropractors that provided a more detailed diagnostic approach, with strong, specific adjustments. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered.
