The front desk was great!His nurse was excellent.
I saw Dr. Donaldson for back pain. His demeanor immediately put me at ease. After an x-ray and thorough exam of my back, he explained that I had most likely bruised a bone or possibly had a hair line fracture.I found Dr. Donaldson to be a very kind and good doctor whom I highly recommend.
I feel very sure that he knows his subject, that I can trust his judgement, and that he actually heard me.
Really explained everything what to expect was very kind and paid attention true what my concerns were and answered all questions that I had

Dr Donaldson does an excellent job of explaining the procedures involved and the intended / expected outcomes. He is a real credit to the medical field.
Support staff is completely incompetent. I went in for an appointment on May 5th, and needed approval for injections. Dr. Donaldson said it should be done within a week or so. I called 10 after, to check on the status as I was traveling. The reception told me the approval is “in process” but didn’t know anything about what that means exactly, so she transferred me to the medical assistant.
