I am not from the area and needed a lot of help with a cabin/land that I am the beneficiary of. Peter did the appraisal quickly and was extremely helpful with a lot of questions I had in regards to other things I needed to do that were not his responsibility, but he helped anyway. I highly recommend him.

Peter Porter is a terrible appraiser. He does a quick, thoughtless job which should be considered malpractice. Do yourself a favor, choose another appraiser. Anybody else would be more likely to give you a more accurate appraisal. This guy is incompetant.
Our office needed an appraisal and could not find anyone in the area to help. Peter answered the phone and got the job done the same day. Excellent service!
