Dr. Owens was my psychiatrist for several years spread out over a decade. The first time I met with him, I knew I wanted him to be my psychiatrist. He listens and is very attentive. He says just the right things that give a person clarity and inner perspective. However, his secretary who shall not be named, has always been rude and condescending. I have been calling since July because I had my records transferred to them and it’s the same thing every time I call “dr Owens has to review your file and then he will call you” and still no call. Every time I tried to call the lady that answers the phone has such a nasty attitude.

I've been going to Dr. Owens for years and he does is very best to help and understand your issues on a personal level. He's gone above and beyond in many ways over the course of my treatment. He genuinely cares about his patients well being and quality of living with a mental disorder. Beyond all that he's simply a good man.

Dr. Owens has been my Doctor for ten years. During that time, he has consistently given me careful care and been willing to listen to me about how I felt about my treatment. If I didn't feel like I was improving on a medication, he was willing to hear my concerns and help me find a different option. I appreciate his kindness, help, and understanding over this last decade as I've learned to live with a chronic mental illness. He has been an amazing resource.
