Not the best call reps
The patient care was great however the communication is TERRIBLE! My husband was admitted for heart surgery, surgery went great and patient care was awesome, however when they wanted him out of the hospital there was absolutely no communication with me regarding any discharge care plan, dietary needs, PT/OT, medical needs etc. I live in a very rural community that does not have the capacity to handle life threatening medical issues so they have to send patients with these conditions by life flight to a larger city.
