Complaint #1 to my employer: Neglect on Dr. Mitchells refusing to listen when I complained of pain after surgery(documented on each visit). When an MRI was completed he said over the phone, 'I don't belive it. Go get a brace at this place.' He will no longer be tagged as a doctor doing work as a 'Center of Excellence.'Complaint #2 will be to the Abrazo group: Neglect of above and more. Condescending, aggressive, behavior. Bully who grew up to be Classic Nar. Probably a good surgeon, so if you can withstand being torn down, go for it.
Very caring. Pays attention to details. Excellent surgeon.
Dr. Mitchell repaired BOTH of my achilles ruptures, which happened almost 10 years apart (different legs each time). After the first rupture, I was very satisfied with his work and the second rupture was even better as he utilized a newer procedure leaving less scar tissue. My visit was an initial consultation. The Dr was on time. His staff was prepared and ready for my appointment. The visit moved along smoothly and I was very satisfied with my treatment plan.
