Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Extremely Friendly Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Peter Madill is an absolute expert in the field. I felt completely comfortable in his care. He is current on the latest research and quite competent as a drug addiction specialist. When comparing him to others I have visited for the same condition, he is among the best I have seen. He does not rush the appointment and often spends more time than scheduled with you. He is willing to phone you during non business hours if you have any problems. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes
