Seen as an emergency on same day as I called. Problem was addressed and rectified. Treated with respect, explanations appropriate, skill of doctor and assistant obvious.
I have had my teeth cleaned twice per year for several decades. The hygienist who took care of me this week gave me the roughest cleaning I have ever experienced, and even disagreed with me when I said she was hurting me. I definitely want a different hygienist next time. I really like my dentist, and my experience with other hygienists at this office, but not the experience I just had. BTW, I would rather provide this feedback privately and not have it posted on social media.
