I really like the computer and payment software. Maybe it was too cold for it to start work so early! Always love the coffee and all the smiling faces. What a nice place of business!
Can't think of one thing I would change
The entire office and dental staff is great! As much as I despise the whole Dental process you and your staff make it as pleasant as possible.

There is nothing you could improve on. Everyone I meet is always charming,professional and courteous.
Everyone there is always kind and professional. They all go out of there way to speak with me and make it a pleasant experience to go to the dentist.
I believe I began coming to you guys in 1999. You are family. I've "watched" through your words your children grow and been a part of your life experiences, as you have mine. I told Karen there are times I almost fall asleep when I'm having dental work done. Probably because I'm exhausted, but it also reflects my comfortableness at your place. Still want that fake gold tooth though. Jen, I hear you may be my go to person for some wild mouth attire. Valerie my BFF...American Idol does start 1/15. GO TEAM GUTIERREZ!!
There is just nothing to say that is bad at this office. And you know how I feel about going to the dentist. Everybody is always pleasant and Marcia is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff. My dentist I always feel comfortable with her.
Everyone was extremely nice and I did feel comfortable. You make visiting the dentist office a very pleasant experience!
