Definitely would rate zero stars if I could. Front staff was friendly; however, the doctor and his assistant were not. Came in to be seen for an irritated tick bite. Both the doctor and his assistant off the bat were unfriendly. The doctor even questioned if I actually saw the tick. Seriously?! I most definitely was seen in the ER to have it removed. I felt completely dismissed as if I wasn't bitten. My level of care was poor and not taken seriously. Doctors need to start listening to their patients more, especially when it ... read more
If I could give no star I would. My experience with my dermatologist was so hurtful yesterday. He didn't want to touch me. He told me I was asking for to much. He also asked me "why do people do that" when he asked me how often I wash my hair and I told him the average answer for African Americans. I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed, it felt racial. He didn't check any of the spots I needed him to. I had to make him feel my scalp. He poked it with one finger and prescribed me cortisone. He rushed me out. I was back ther... read more

Knows if rarer immune diseases of the skin and how to treat them.
Dr. Winters and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I found they had a good since of humor and listened carefully to my questions and answered them completely. I felt like I was in the hands of a dermatologist with lots of experience.
