I was happy with my visit with Dr Yoon. I was warned in advance he is not super personable and does not sit and talk and have meaningless conversation with you. He is to the point and only interested in discussing the reason for your visit and the issues you are having, which if fine with me. I am not looking for a friend in a doctor, but a competent professional that I can trust with my medical care. Very thorough explanation of problems and alternatives. He focuses on the information and descriptions you give him to work with. Suggest that you come in prepared to clearly discuss your problem. Write down your symptoms in advance to take in to office visit so you can clearly present and explain your problem.

Fast and efficient office visit. Pre-visit forms were totally ridiculous and incredibly repetitive. Answered the same questions 4 or 5 times just worded differently.

Excellent services. Professional and wonderful staff. Dr Yoon is excellent, knowledgeable, skillful and kind. The staff at Mercy hospital was very attentive and caring. I received very good care and service there.
