Dr. Khamvongsa performed surgery on me for a prolapsed uterus and a posterior vaginal prolapse. During surgery he also tightened my vaginal opening to that of a "19-year-old" (his exact words to my husband and me). He was quite proud of that. I was 64 at the time. I certainly did not need a 19-year-old's vaginal opening. My vaginal opening still has not stretched enough to allow penetration without pain because intercourse is still very painful.
