Had 2 family members purchase vehicles and the extended warranty from Peter Kay back in Sept 2013. to date neither one has an active extended warranty account. the money we paid and our information was never forwarded to the warranty company. Owner Andy, is giving us the runaround and still has not turned in our paperwork or money for the warranty plan. Warranty company says its not their problem, we must deal with Peter Kay......I feel a lawsuit coming!!!!! definitely do not recommend Peter Kay. Total rip off artists!!!!!!

I bought my 2007 Dodge Durango from Peter Kay Auto Sales about 3 moths ago. I had 2 small issues with the vehicle about 2 months ago after purchase. They repaired both, and didn't charge me! I am very pleased with my overall experience, and plan on buying a vehicle for my wife in the coming months.

Would not recommend at all. Spent $11.5K on truck with numerous issues. Truck was delivered with no coolant...wow thats a great sign! Luckily I noticed before we left... unfortunately we had paid already. Noise in front end and brakes were supposed to be checked and fixed before delivery, they were not. So then I had to complain about it again and also noticed the cd player did not work and a leaking oil cooler and a leaking transmission. Save your money and your time. – I purchased a 2004 mazda 3 from peter kays. I went there and paid CASH for this piece of junk. I was told they Back there cars and it was a great "quick little gas saver" that was in mint condition. Two weeks after I got it i started having problems. A few days after the one month lease was up the transmission blew. so I had to buy a brand new transmission. A couple of months after that I had to fix it again " ignition system failure". Very pleased repeat customer!! – I recently bought a 2007 Chevy Cobalt for my daughter at college. It was in better condition and less expensive than any my daughter had found online. She should have gone there in the first place like i told her to do! Our family has bought several vehicles over the last fifteen years. Have allways been satisfied.

Great place to buy a used car – My minivan got totaled and I needed to replace it quickly and with out having to spend more than the insurance company was giving me. Andy and Adin worked quickly to find me the exact van I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay. I took it to my mechanic before purchasing it and it checked out great. I will be going back to Peter Kay the next time I need a vehicle and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Liars and Cheats!!! – One of the WORST places to go for a car. The customer service was barely a notch below average and their used cars are usually lemons but of course they won't tell you that. We bought one and just after three months we had to replace the brakes, shocks and struts, and the engine!! They wouldn't even cover it. They must have spray painted the bottom of the car because rust started coming through 2 weeks after we bought the car. Shamsters!!! Do not buy from Peter Kay – I bought a car from Peter Kay and now it is costing me an arm and a leg to get fixed. The radio doesn't work, the suspenion has issues and the starter is already going out , all after only 2 months!!! When I bought the car they said they'd fix all the problems. I took it back twice and they refused to fix it!! These guys are shamsters and they do not keep their word.
