Dr Black went above and behind to make sure I received the best treating and followed up when I had to see another Specialist
UNFORTUNATELY I DON'T HAVE THE INSURANCE TO TAKE MY KIDS TO HER ANYMORE BUT EVERY CHANCE I GET I SEND PEOPLE TO HER. SHE IS ONE OF THE BEST PEDIATRIC DOCTORS OUT THERE. I RECOMMEND HER VERY HIGHLY !
Dr. Black is the best!
This Dr.'s knowledge in her field is limited. Not very helpful. Very incomptetent. Was not listening to my questions and answering them accordingly.
Have nothing but a positive experience with the doctor. He explained his course of treatment and why he felt that it was necessary. Answered my questions to my satisfaction. Above and beyond effort the following day by calling me at home to see how I was doing and to provide followup information on tests completed, that I was unaware of, of importance to follow up on in the future. He is a credit to his vocation and the hospital.
Dr. Chou is a very nice doctor. She doesn't say much but she is resourceful and easy to approach. I got a C-Section and I can tell she is very skillful in what she did. My baby was breech and he was very big, but she was able to take him out quickly. Both baby and myself were safe and healthy. The surgery was also very quick and I didn't suffer from much pain from my incision.
I think Dr. Cindy Chou is a kind and responsible doctor. She is very gentle, and patient to me and my mother and explained to us why it is necessary to have an abdominal surgery. The surgery was successful and my experience was good. I will give a rating of 5 for the doctor's skills, bedside manner, front office a 4 (the receptionist behind the window does not smile at all), but other than that, everyone else is just fine.
I went to see Dr. Black to confirm a diagnosis that another doctor had already made, and without having any of my medical records or films, he simply said that there was nothing wrong with me. I'll be getting a second opinion, probably from the doctor I went to to begin with. I don't know if his abruptness or his lack of bedside manner is what has really put me off, but he gave me the distinct impression that I was wasting his time and I have say sadly, the feeling is mutual.
